Federal Executive Institute – Charlottesville, VA – LED Classroom Lighting Upgrade and Renovation. Performed in 2013 this design build project consisted of demolition of several existing classrooms and installation of new lighting control systems and all new LED Lighting helping the customer meet their goal of creating a smaller carbon footprint on the environment.

USCG Midlife Renovation of the Admin Building – Performed in 2012 at the USCG Tiscom facility Alexandria, VA this project consisted of the complete demolition and renovation of the Admin Building with associated cafeteria.

Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center  – LED Lighting Project – In 2011 in performance of the governments sustainability initiative this project consisted of the replacement of existing exterior high pressure sodium building fixtures and site lighting with new efficient LED fixtures at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA.

United States Army Corps of Engineers – Norfolk District – USACE AIT Dinning Facility – This project constructed in 2010 was a design build construction of a 35,000 square foot dinning facility for the Army Corps of Engineers located at Ft. Lee, VA.
